Little Lines is a coloring app for children on iPad and iPhone, made by Lukáš Volprecht, an individual developer in the Czech Republic. These terms explain how you may use the app.
Licence
Little Lines is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), together with these terms. If they differ, the Apple Standard EULA applies.
No accounts, no data
The app has no accounts, collects no data and does not connect to the internet. The details are in the privacy policy.
Your child’s pictures
Everything your child colors, draws or adds belongs to your child and stays on your device. We claim no rights to it.
Printing and sharing the coloring pages
You may print and share the coloring pages built into the app for personal, non-commercial use – at home, with family and friends. Please don’t sell them or publish them as part of another product.
For parents
Little Lines is made for children, but parents are responsible for supervising how their child uses the device and for the parent settings – for example drawing with Apple Pencil or a finger, the daily time limit, sharing and printing. The settings sit behind the parents’ lock.
No warranty
Little Lines is provided “as is”, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not take away the protection that the mandatory consumer laws of your own country give you.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published at littlelinesapp.com/terms with a new date.
